- Underbust / Chest: Wrap the tape snugly around your chest just below the bust area (or where you'd want the band to sit). Men and broader chests may need to size up in the band – our calculator adjusts for that.
- Full Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest – typically across the nipples or the widest point. Keep the tape level and don't compress tissue.
